The misty path along the pond
Brings me peace when all feels wrong
I speak to the moon, of which I'm fond
While breathing deep, I must be strong
I wonder…
Do you ever think of me?
As I do you?
As I listen to the crickets' song
Which breaks the tension in my heart
While breathing deep, I must be strong
I always seem to end at 'start'
I wonder…
Do you ever think of me?
The water is still, like glass at night
Reflections bounce, entrance my mind
This trail I wander, void of sight
As if at the end, it's you I'll find
I always wonder…
Through the years I've lived
The miles I've travelled
The lovers I've caressed
Has anyone out there
Ever gazed at this moon
Thinking of me?
As I do them?

Pause, release and move on. The motion through this poem is quite stylistic. As you grin out your expressions so do I engage with your thought. Quite charming in flow structure and elegantly different. Keep writing. TFS.10/10
