Dog I: Water Rules! Ok!

R.I.P. Elle and Rory
Now you're Betty and Phil,
For what can they be
That live in a house
With a room they cannot enter
But king and queen of that house
(No matter the king's a consorter) ?

And what was the trouble about keepin' 'em out
That made me think of water?

What I'm saying's what I mean:
Whatever's sitting on a boat,
Water's king and queen!
