Don'T



Don't eat sugar. It's too sweet.
Don't use salt on the meat you eat.
Don't drink caffeine. It will keep you awake.
Don't have 2nd helpings. You'll get a stomach ache.

All the don'ts that are up above
stop us from eating everything we love.
