Don't Think For A Moment Poem by Ray Hansell

Don't Think For A Moment

Don't think for a moment
That life without would be fine
I know if you were to leave
It would break this heart of mine

Don't think for a moment
I could get by without you
That is not something
I would ever care to do

Don't think for a moment
That if you were gone
That this life of mine
Could simply just go on

Don't think for a moment
That my heart would survive
Without you around
It just wouldn't thrive

Don't think for a moment
That if you were to leave
That I wouldn't be lonely
That my heart wouldn't grieve

Don't think for a moment
That I would care to see
A movie of my life
Without you there with me
