Dont Let Me Hate You Poem by Laya Sarath

Dont Let Me Hate You

Rating: 4.0

Dont Let me Hate You
Have an ear for me
Just a perfunctory nod is perfect
For all I need is a bit of attention
For me not to hate you...
That's the end, If I hate
Wouldn't care to rethink,
Once you are gone out of my mind,
You lost the place in my life...
I wouldn't seek to love you back again
For I have offered numberless chances,
Chances countable alas stays uncounted
I will count the pang in you, when I leave
And you want me not leave you?
Then, do not let me hate you.....

A well articulated piece of poetry depicting heartfelt warning against nonchalant attitude exhibited by someone close to heart. Thanks for sharing Laya. Please read my poem MANDELA - THE IMMORTAL ICON.
