Dream Us Home Poem by Donald R Wolff JR

Dream Us Home

Life is mine, A dream to wake
For many souls, another place
Once shown the way before the end
Then fall asleep and wake again

Bells have rung in rhythm; Mine
Nae long ago; Nae one shall find
Until the peace of life at rest
Brought home once more, Upon our death

The town is quaint with stone laid roads
With a stream between the midtown, flows
A village scene of long ago
Each dream must end, Then bring us home
