Dreams Poem by Chris Lee

Dreams

Rating: 5.0

When can a dream, become a reality,
If you want it so bad, it causes insanity,
With a dream you can soar, and be what you want,
Nightmares arent the same, they scare and they haunt,
In a dream your the hero, people laugh and they cheer,
Or they celebrate the lottery, with champagne and beer,
Every dream i wake from, is another adventure,
Or worrying about work, or a new business venture,
You can roam in a dream, and enjoy the ending,
And it can alter, the message its sending,
Wouldnt it be mad, to see peoples dreams,
Letting their minds wander, quite scary it seems,
To drift in and out, of a captivating sleep,
Does the dream become real, the deeper you leap,
I think dreams, tells us our desire,
Flowing with heat, and raging with fire,
One of my dreams, has become real,
With kisses to follow, and love to seal,
So yes my friends, dreams do come true,
But the only person to see them, will ever be you.
