Dreams In Another Life Poem by Nunam Lawati

Dreams In Another Life

Satisfied with all the agony
And grudges submerged,
I could not help myself and lie
When i said ' i was okay '.

You believed it, didn't you?

Was it that easy
To let go of my suffering?
Watch my sould fade away
Erase away from one's well being.
Aware about my story
If i still look so fine,
Please do not let go
And make me cross this line.
Where the world would still seem dark
Place above those clouds so tempting,
Soul engulfed with jest of nature
Knotted around with ribbons and strings.
