Drunk On A Lover's Words Poem by Terence George Craddock

Drunk On A Lover's Words

drunk
on wine spirits
a lover's words

drunk
on shadows
echoes lover's lost

drunk
on soul's sorrow
soul mate longing awaiting

drunk
in night time whisper
eyes lost toast maze lives

drunk
in timeless night-time love yearning
drunk on wing beats of soul mate never found
