Some poets seem to run out of titles
They would rather duplicate another.
Of resourcefulness they have little,
That habit will not make them better.
A true writer marks his writing
With views of who he is as a man,
That shows in his creative thinking,
Does not copy another, though he can.
When a writer does duplication,
He tells the world that he is limited,
It is just like self-deception,
Trying to ride on other poems submitted.
We're not writing to be popular,
We write because it's our passion.
If we copy titles, we won't go far -
We just seal our own vain delusion.
