E Dariji Nmi (Forgive Me) Poem by Babalola Jubril

E Dariji Nmi (Forgive Me)

Those that inspired my writing,
And share it for the world to see,
Those that comment and like,
The thought of my mind,
The words of my mouth,
Flowing out endlessly,

Those who raised my mind,
Nurtured my thoughts,
make me so flexible,
That I could play with words easily,
And dance to the tune of literature,

Forgive and forget the bad,
That's my hand writes,
And my heart never skips a beat of them,
Abd my brain to ponder,
They work unconsciously,

Forgive them,
Because they are unconscious,
Forgive them wholeheartedly,
Because they never think it's bad,
To think of such,
To write such in an unpleasant way,
To publish such in a wrong platform,

Find a convenient space in your heart,
And forgive them wholeheartedly,
Without any exception,
Forgive their sins,
That has been written against your principles,
For them not know what they do,

Forgive my senses,
That sense bad,
Forgive my heart,
That never skips a bit of bad,
Forgive my hand,
That write bad,
For I do it unconsciously,
Forgive all of me.
