E-Mail From Anderson Poem by Raj Dronamraju

E-Mail From Anderson

I received an e-mail from Anderson - The subject was "When I leave, I will do it quickly"

I was above it all
First on the scene, I couldn't get what he was trying to say
Cried alien tears in the back of the doughnut shop
Shanghaied a doll house and rode a protected paean

I was above it all
Yelling "ridiculous"like it was a note of excuse from a medical professional
Caught your guru in humiliating poses, poses of weakness and of self-gratification

I was above it all
Come to power in the body of an e-mail
Stretch alien outwards past previously set boundary restrictions

Attention to the exploration denied
We've unticked this as spam and hope it reappears in the central storage area
I hope I remain invisible to precisely pre-specified filters
