You've been educated well
But education
Don't make everybody smart!
In fact
It makes some people
Dumb as hell!

But if you are smart
You won't be one of them
The dumb ones!

When it comes to
Being smart
It look
Like you wrote the book

You wouldn't be trying to
Break nobody's heart
You wouldn't be trying to
Make nobody cry
Some people don't know
What the truth is
Some people ain't smart
Enough to know
That they are living a life
I know
You got to be
Smarter than that!
