Ego-An Enemy
Ego- an enemy

Not very long ago
I showed arrogance
not once
but whenever got the chance
I had a good name
and reason to claim
the credit for the self
and keep it in the memory shelf
this brought some kind of pride
a false pride coupled with an ego
that really went against the human standard
I realized some words little later
an ego kills good man
prevents him from becoming a nobleman
in a real sense, it is false prestige
that edges out your good age credit
love the way you live
but believe in simplicity
keep peace and harmony
and live with an idea of humanity
an ego shall kill you
and make you pass through
the unbearable pain and hate
so act before it is getting late

Yes, ego is the deceiver and will do anything without honour or principle to defend itself. One must be the ego tamer not killer since it is a tool needed to be a human being. It must be trained as a child and raised to be a servant rather than a ruler to its true master.
