(3) Einstein's Skepticism

Einstein was sceptical.
He theorised why these
‘Schwarzschild Singularities'
Didn't exist in physical reality.

But, for once, he was wrong.
Oppenheimer predicted
That stars could undergo
Gravitational collapse!

It was after Einstein's death,
But many great physicists
Found that this was a feature of
General Theory of Relativity.

Stephen Hawking among them,
Schwarzschild Singularities
Did exist, and John wheeler
Called them "Black Holes".
