Empty World Poem by Jihene Khammassi

Empty World

Black cats
Dark streets
A lone shadow
In silence fleets
A water-hole
Drops of reddened tears
A crowd of happy peers
Laughter and goodbyes
Melancholy veers
Fills the dark streets
Wherein the lone shadow
Through gaps disappears
