I am in awe comprehension
contemplating vast huge energy
power encapsulated in silences
15 minutes sitting in sunshine
or in prestine shade in wild places
or in beautiful landscaped gardens
sitting with a mind expanding
companion in comfortable silences

absorbing solitude absorbing peace
absorbing sound absorbing insect flight
absorbing differing birdsong melodies
absorbing mind needed reflective energies
absorbing thought flight nature life insight
absorbing abilities to see life revelations
