Years come and go in a rush,
where parts of the time is filled
with laughing and crying
or being happy or sad,
for that's just how life is
and that counts also for you and me
But let us now, at this time
surrounded by so much calmness
above all enjoy the peace
for that is,
what makes everything so different
that is, what soothes our hectic emotions
