Entering Mist Maze Psychology Poem by Terence George Craddock

Entering Mist Maze Psychology

Rating: 5.0

beware the novice the random wanderer
entering mist maze labyrinth psychology
with but a ball of string or silken thread

entering depths choices labyrinth possibilities
scratch surface or dive into subconscious depths
trusting bread crumbs to point of return dangers

a little birdie might not tell tales might eat crumbs
trusting signposts unraveling string to retract steps
in darkness scientific light sticks or seeing dogs?

a white cane a device used by visually impaired blind
allows its user to scan dark surroundings for obstacles
to walk navigate locate remember orientation marks

helpful for onlookers helps identifying hand user as blind
as visually impaired step walking taking caution appropriate
mandatory cane's white colour requests cue care jurisdictions

psychology is up on the diving board flexes dives
somersaults through air precision into pool depths

sensory perception probes mist maze labyrinths

in psychology the process of introspection relies
on the observation analysis of one's mental state
in a spiritual context an examination of one's soul
