Entering Your Heart Poem by Deirdre Angelique Murillo

Entering Your Heart

Rating: 5.0

When the candles ignite
Thy heart displays a kaleidescopic light
My eyes manifested a way
A road to your heart- which I can go everyday

But I was wrong

Thy heart is an ardous blueprint
Leaving no traces of sketched hints
Packed with lethal rhymes
Wasting my precious and golden time

And now I realized

I was wrong indeed
I cannot enter thy heart and plant a seed
Instead, I threw a flower
Thy can remeber I visited your grave and waited forever
