Ecopoetry is eco-friendly poetry,
Poetry in consonance with Nature
Which is benign and benevolent,
Calm and turbulent at the same time
And if Nature remains it not,
Will man be able to live on
This planet,
If the earth gets bereft of
Rocks, stones and trees,
What will it happen,
Will life exist on earth?

Today we are fraught with so many problems
Doing the rounds, disturbing us,
Ruffling it all in an untidy way,
Environmental pollution, ecological disaster,
Acid rain, atomic summer,
Depletion of ozone layer, deforestation,
Extinction of exotic flora and fauna,
What to do, where to go in such a situation,
How to rebuild the world
Keeping it eco-friendly?
