Erosion Ii Poem by Terence George Craddock (Spectral Images and Images Of Light)

Erosion Ii

Rating: 5.0

Trees are teardrops
secreted upon porcelain cliffs
asparagus stems severed
cut clipped stumps
greedily gobbled globules
of virile all mother

sacrificed shaft shorn
as arid chalk
fractures
beneath rooted veins
veldt
fallows featureless

winds whip
weeping welts
rains weave
woe wilful
dust devils
dance delighted

over desert
deserted environs
earth mother
ebbs eradicated
sacrifices subdues
rabid man beast

... momentarily
