Eternally - Poem by Joyce Hemsley

Through a fine pearly gate
and we entered Heaven's Eden...
where lilies are fair in every season.
Far beyond Mars and all
other stars, joy will be ours,
God's plan is the reason.
For we'll meet once again
so happy to linger, wearing
old-fashioned rings
on our wedding finger.
Music will play with a
delicate tone, and we shall
find comfort - other spirits
have known.

Yes we entered through pearly
gates to this Garden of Eden
but they soon became golden
'Love forever' was the reason.
