Ethelbaba Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

Ethelbaba

You were taken in by Flight Number 13101961,
And you landed into the room of love with your nakedness;
Because, the beauty of love took you in.
Ethelbaba!
You are like the talking drums of the African Culture;
But, your beauty was laid bare like the Chines Wall,
Because of the flight of love.
Skin, kin, in!
With the muse of the elephants in your land;
but, you were taken in by Flight Number 13101961.
