Eureka Poem by Neil McGreevy

Eureka

I once sat down to draw a graph
of how the height of one giraffe
divided by a pink balloon
could stop us landing on the moon
but when I turned it upside down
the sleeves fell off my dressing gown
so I wrote this little verse instead
then washed the car and went to bed
