Evelyn Poem by Lamar Cole

Evelyn

Evelyn was all that and a bag of chips.
She worked really hard for her tips.
She would hustle until weak in the knees.
To make sure that all of her customers were pleased.
Evelyn was a waitress with a heart of gold.
When God made Evelyn, God broke the mold.
