Even From Grave Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Even From Grave

Even from grave

Mother only gave
And forgave
My ignorance
About love's essence

What did I know?
When wind would blow?
When air shall turn gentle?
We all are ignorant people

She took nothing
Only provided something
The world of belonging
With her not sleeping

Feeding for nine months
Sleepless with fear of death
Who shall be on earth?
Heavily leaving behind the breathe

You may not remember
As family member
But she shall remember even from grave
Advising to be sensible and behave
