Even If I'M Lost Poem by Tanec Rayl

Even If I'M Lost

the words tickled
a rare thing thinking
less of myself for this pleasure

should never but always
shoulder to Muse
heave compassionate

because we yearn to be compelled
because pride makes us credulous
because the sun shines
warmer on my face
because of what, ignored,
faces my back

They say - If you're ever lost turn toward the sun: '...because the sun shines warmer on my face because of what, ignored, faces my back...' - Seminal lines here, neatly integrated into a concise whole. I can see why Mike has this on his envy list! Rgds, Ivan
