Even To Stare Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Even To Stare

I have never disclosed
But tossed up
The idea of living together
For the life and ever

I had seen you once
At window by chance
Yours spoke everything
But missed something

I could read the message
You were feeling confined to cage
I, at once, decided to speak
But developed cold feet and felt weak

It was lost moment
That I feel so much at present
I could have seized
But all efforts at were ceased

The past days remind
That I was blind
And did not dare
Even to stare

Even To Stare
