would they have to participate in a higher education pursuit
to include becoming an entrepreneur
who will produce employment
in other words
the business capitalize
and owner too if profits are reaped
rather than reinvested into the business?

Can the second to lowest tax bracket
reach the highest bracket
by simply investing into more municipal bonds (depending on if in Trinidad and Tobago and Ghana) ?
