Everlasting Tears - Poem by Kristinahh KIMBER

I awoke then with a sudden fear
holding back the dreadful tears
the lonely gun sitting by my side
no place left, no one to confide
my thoughts then quarelled with my brain
is this right or am i insane
there is only one bullet only one chance
to give the devil an everlasting dance
the gun in one hand, the paper clasped in another
the love i once had is no longer the problem
i read this note slowly, as if so afraid
in the choice that was about to be made
i called her again just one last time
to hear her sweet voice and to say a final goodbye
i heard her sweet cries as i hung up the phone
soon ill be gone to the world of the unknowin
i pointed the gun at the place of my heart
now my eternity of life was to start
goodbye my love, promise my death wont make you cry
because my heart has been hurt too many times
