Evolution Poem by Dorsey Baker

Evolution

You complicate things
just so
you can figure them out
you take your
licks where ever you can
just like opportunity
you look into the mirror
you see
your white
hair turning grey!
and your tongue
is hanging out
you have got bumps
on the landscape
of your face
and you favor the moon
