Hope against hope, and hope until the end. Keep writing.

Piece of great elegance, nicely penned in poetic diction with conviction. An insightful look in the conceptual difference between both words in juxtaposition. Expectation implies almost certainty - it could be a good breakfast but very bad supper. It's a beautiful poem subtly written with depth of insight. Thanks for sharing Charles. Please read my poem MANDELA - THE IMMORTAL ICON.

title tells that there is something...really we should restrain our hopes and expectation to be happy....nice thanks.

Very amazing muse espousing Hope for almost every eventuality and expounding what one's reaction should be if a particular hope is met or otherwise. Enjoyed the poem with quite different perspective. Thanks for sharing.10+ points.
