Fail to rise

If I fail to rise tomorrow
don't allow
my thoughts to be buried deep below
don't pay scant respect
for all that I did with poetry acts
I am raised from the bubbles
with great struggle
almost decade spent on writing
and igniting the passion
what shall be left behind?
memorable work of some kind
that must find the place in poetic heart
and form really a human art
I shall turn into ashes
and may finish
the work as unfinished
with the perished body
take care not to bury my creation
that shall, otherwise, find the relation
with all the readers
with tender love and affection
