I seldom sit alone at night
Someone always with me there
Someone very close to me
A friend in my hour of need

He'll come if you need him
Just pray and he will come
Jesus will not turn you away
As long as you have faith

We betrayed him on Calgary
Yet forgiveness he passed on
He knows all our failings
Yet no one saw his feelings

Have a little faith my friend
He will become your friend to
Call him when you need him
He will come trust him
