Faith In God Poem by Dr John Celes

No matter how things stay, God controls still!
No matter how gloomy, His Will is done;
No matter how things are, our faith must grow;
No matter how end comes, the Son will reign!

However stormy be the seas of life,
God brings the calm, and dawns a newer day!
However little joy or utter strife,
All things are transient, until God's Day!

But faith in God decides our successes;
It should not dwindle or lessen with time;
God forgives transgressions and excesses;
He wants our life on earth to be sublime!

None know the harvest-time for God's vineyard;
None know the needs of labourers till then;
God expects all to till His land and sow;
The greatest work man does is gain heaven!

Our faith in God must grow like mounds and hills;
God won't forsake the souls He made with love;
Though slow they seem, they surely grind, God's mills!
He watches every creature from above!

Let faith remain undiminished throughout life;
Let faith not waver with the winds of change;
Let faith not cease when come tough times and strife;
Let faith stay firm akin a mountain-range!
