Faithless Vows - Poem by Israh Sadan
This faithless vow I make to thee,
I beg please to forgive of me.
For yours my heart could never be,
While yearning only to be free.
This noose of gold to hold me near,
May tie my hand to yours my dear.
But never will my heart you lure,
Tis, a faithless vow from me you hear.
