Fall In Love Like In The Movies. Poem by Scarred Unknown

I want a love you see in the movies, to feel that feeling only there. I have tried to feel that feeling ‘fore yet all I get is pain and more. I long for it as we all do. Why can I not feel that feeling!
We long for a feeling only there, in movies see and known for true. In love with love we all are. I make no sense nor does this. I just wish for a love of loved back of movie dreams and movie past.
In movies is where we all see this feeling of love and feeling of dreams. I see it there it seems so pleasant, it seems as if walking on air. I see in movies the love we dream of, and think to myself why can I not have it? Why can I not feel it? I long for it, as if love is all that exists to make me happy to make me feel.
We watch in their eyes and see so much life. We see that there is none but the one in front of them. We think we can have it, that love in front of us. We think that it is real, the love in front of us. There is no such, that love on the screen. There is no such thing as true love.
What’s so great about it, you ask? Well, if we see it in every movie that passes our way, it must be great. Right? It must be amazing, it must be perfect, to feel a love that only is seen in movies.
I could write for hours of this feeling longed. A feeling so fake, so sick, so dead, that no one would know that I long for a feeling of love so much that death itself would be better off on me than if I couldn’t feel that feeling of love itself.
Although, here I sit writing away, about a love I long for so much. So much that love itself would be proud to know that it is what I long for. What I dream of and what I speak of, every day I wake up I wish that today will be the day I find the love only seen in movies.
