Falling Midnight Poem by jodde taylor

Falling Midnight

Running through the stars,
I divided a frozen night
plainly still, waiting echoes
surrenderd
an aching mountain.

High above the world,
were the heart lives,
I broke into your smile
revealing slide of burning temples.

Falling into the sea,
we crashed into our desires
flaming all things wild,
our brightness trailed midnight.

Jumping the walls of ourselves
we ran along the avenues,
everything falling to break,
so time could never replace us.

So easy, the midnight comes,
taking you away with the moon
thoughts rise, but never mend,
this vacancy, challenges yesterday.

Were are now a then,
a used piece of paper,
a burning now laying in ashes
falling! falling! everything is broken
the midnight, a small token of openness
but I am closed.
