The sun peeked up, a golden crown,
As we packed our bags and headed down,
With towels and buckets, a kite in tow,
Off to the sea where the wild waves flow!
Mom's laughter danced on the morning breeze,
While Dad told tales of the giant seas.
Sister spun ‘round in a spinny dress,
And I wore my hat, feeling quite the best!
The car bounced along the winding road,
With giggles and snacks, our little abode.
We sang silly songs, our voices all bright,
Chasing the clouds, our hearts took flight!
At the shore, the sand was warm and gold,
With castles to build, brave stories to be told.
We raced with the waves, splashed high and free,
Each drop a spark of pure jubilee!
Seagulls swooped down with a mischievous squawk,
While crabs scuttled sideways, a funny little walk.
We found pretty shells, each one a surprise,
Like secrets from oceans, under blue skies!
As the sun dipped low, painting skies in pink,
We gathered together, not one eye to blink.
With hearts full of joy, we shared tales of the day,
In this family adventure, love found its way.
So here's to the sea, with its rhythm and cheer,
Where laughter and magic bring families near.
With every wave's crash and each sandy embrace,
We'll treasure these moments, our special sea place!
