Far and away

I write no long letters
That can alter
Our closeness
And bring sadness on face

I loved you like queen
As you were sweet and so beautiful on scene
It was difficult to control
I responded to each of and every call

I was shocked when you decided to part
I had no inkling from the start
But you were scared of poverty
And o had inherited it from an almighty

I was reeling under pressure
And was unsure
How soon you will disappear?
I really feared

You took away my entire smile
Along with pleasure and style
I thought of all past days
But you had gone very far and away
