Far away in the hinterland
deep past the jungle of a African forest,
past the desert's red-brown sand
there are places where the animals rest
that is untouched uncharted unseen,
where no human being has ever been
where life goes on, as it was on an ancient plain
where since the first aeons nature does remain
as it came to be, where all living things roam free
from the grasp, from the hands of humanity
and yet in boardrooms, in secret societies people plot
to invade that property which no one has got
while they cause wars to rage on and on
until all people adjacent to it is forever gone.
