Fears Of An Involuntary Homosexual Poem by Dan Brown

Fears Of An Involuntary Homosexual

Rating: 3.1

It shouldn’t be this way.
I don’t want to be gay.
I want to be normal.
I want me to like girls.
I want to tell someone this.
I NEED to tell someone this.
But I fear prejudice.
I know nothing about this.
How to act.
How to dress.
How to be.
It isn’t fair.
Why am I different?
Why me?

Check out my poem, 'They Crucified Jesus' and remember none of us asked to be born this way. No body would volunteer to be ABUSED by society. Just like nobody chooses their skin color or what country they are born in or what language we speak. We are all exactly who are creator made us be. It is all part of the great natural beauty and infinitely diverse ways of this earth. It is not God who fears diversity. Just look at this planet and our solar system and know the truth of that. It is people and their 'ignorance' and 'fear of the unknown' and 'the other' that causes the problem. Straight people realized what a bad idea it was to let someone else (for example their parents) choose who they were to spend the most intimate moments of their lives with, hundreds of years ago. It is time for them to realize that it is not their place to tell us what is supposed to be in our hearts. And it is way past time for us to get over apologizing for who we are. it is time to call the oppressive and abusive behavior that straight people feel they are entitled to dish out to us exactly what it is. It is nothing but dysfunctional ABUSE!

Perhaps having candid discussion with first a trusted woman (including professional) . Then try objective discussion with a trusted man second (including professional) . And then dig deep within yourself to ascertain the beginnings of such feelings and possible influences that you may suspect involved. If any. After that my friend, its up to you and your conscience. Of course, this is all mere consideration. Regards.
