Felt But Not Seen Poem by Qiana Blando

Felt But Not Seen

Rating: 5.0

Pain knocks at the door.
Wearing all black, covering the presence of healing.
He enters without invitation, he has been here before.

Passion packs her bags to leave
Her face drenched in sadness and despair.
She leaves the girl who no longer wants her around.

Anger forces himself into his mind
Dripping with intentions of no good
He screams ideas of violence longing for action.

Happiness sings in the city
Beaming in pastel fluorescence
She touches those who need her most, shedding her light.
