Fence Sitting Poem by Mandira Mitra

Fence Sitting

If you have a reason I have the love.
If a festive season
makes you restive
Or if a teenage flick
takes the kick
Out of corporate Bloody Marys;
Presentations, promo free-bees
Are only dull, duller, dullest...
Dearest, at love's behest, I sayest:
to deny is punishable treason-
If you have a love, I have a reason.
