Fighting For Life. Poem by duke perry abrokwa

Fighting For Life.

I hear voices calling in the dark
I see nothing but peach black
I hear my lungs panting for breath
I feel my body is desperate for death

But my heart is wishing for life
Hoping I could see my wife
As my body gushing out with blood from the knife
As I lay on the floor fighting for life.
