Filthy Splash Poem by ANJANDEV ROY

Filthy Splash

Dear uncle, don't give up wearing your white cloth,
What happened yesterday was a sad and sordid incident,
It was a vain attempt by the treacherous hand
To demean a great icon of your status.
We all know you are a true gentleman,
But it's harsh reality of this day that
The filthy splash tries to drench and defame the white cloth,
As it always nourishes in itself the malicious feelings,
Though it never succeeds to do it at the end.
My dear uncle, remember white is white,
It is pure and virgin,
Nothing can dethrone this stalwart.
