Find real answer

Two intimate girl friends exchanged
When youth was attained
Both were hesitant to disclose
But surely they were very close

"Will you marry me"? One girl told about proposal
The second one dazed at ground as a dejected individual
"What did you reply: Another one asked
"I did not reply" I did not try

Our friendship shall break
Let us eat one cake
Keep only one man in dream
We shall chose him later on

Such innocents talk do puzzle
They are afraid of bad people
Friendship does provide some cover
It is always better to consult

I support such gossip
Even if done to keep
And find real answer
To go further
