Firm Horses Poem by Naveed Akram

Firm Horses

To bring you light I see a path to it,
According to light is the act of soothing oneself;
Then hear a thought from your mind,
Of those ideas that change into a never-ending story.
Firm horses rearrange the condemned
As they battle the three people who matter.
Any building takes a shot from the enemy,
Elect the person who is bold, and spray blood
At the cannibal who is not allowed to pray.
Bring the light so scary to the foreground,
With spears flashing in the sun, suns are stars with colour.
