Firmly Held Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Firmly Held

Firmly held

Let me join
And feel pain
Of your aloofness
That reflects on the face

I shall feel honor
With endeavor
That you have allowed
And showed

I was looking around
And found
Pain with cause
I wanted it to erase

Be open
And even
Submit to my care
It shall be really fair

I will make it boom
Not in room
But in open field
In full embrace and firmly held

Firmly Held
